LECA is a voluntary organization of CLE property owners. It administers the care and maintenance of the beach easement facilities on behalf of all CLE property owners. Your membership fees are used to cover the required annual liability insurance for use of the beach easement; regular maintenance of beach facilities; cleaning of beach washrooms & supplies, coverage of costs for LECA’s annual AGM and other projects that enhance our community.
